Anjana Reddy began an exciting entrepreneurial journey after she graduated with a Master of Science in Finance from the University of Illinois in 2005. Reddy was able to persevere despite initial issues in the business alliance she established with the sports memorabilia business Collectabillia and a sports memorabilia store Reddy Sports Memorabilia.

When she realized that Sachin Tendulkar's T-shirts offered an opportunity to produce clothing, she re-evaluated her business plan and created Universal Sportsbiz Pvt Ltd (USPL).

Reddy was a master at connecting stars to her brands. Under her direction, Kriti Sanon and Aditya Roy Kapur assisted in the development of Wrogn, Imara, and Ms Taken. She helped Aditya Roy Kapur in writing their hit track "Single". Reddy was also able to receive funding from the legend of cricket Sachin Tendulkar, as well as Virat Kohli, who were selected as brand ambassadors!

Reddy Expanded Her Reach to The Retail Giants: Reddy was initially accessible online via Shoppers Stop and Myntra; Later, she teamed up together with Pantaloons Retail and Future Group to expand into retail markets, further proving Reddy's knowledge in managing retail.
